Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Skin Adore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Skin Adore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Shipment

In case of a return, please return the package to our courier partners in proper pack condition as received, any product received in damaged or improper condition will be not be returned and refunded. Please note, In case of exchange or return of product RTO courier charges will be charged on actuals which will be deducted at the time of refund.
